Mental health is one of the biggest issues facing us today, and it affects all of us. Fortunately, it’s being discussed more and more, and there’s less stigma surrounding it, but there’s still a long way to go in terms of universal access to psychological therapy and creating spaces where people can share their experiences and speak openly. That’s why we’re introducing our new Psychological Help Desk.
The counseling service aims to promote psychological, emotional, and relational well-being and is open to anyone facing a difficult or distressing situation, with the goal of improving their quality of life.
In this space dedicated to health, users can share their experiences in complete privacy, finding a listening ear and support through the opportunity for dialogue and mutual support. The listening activities are carried out through individual counseling sessions and they are not therapeutic.
The sessions will take place weekly. Each session lasts forty-five minutes. The minimum number of sessions is one, up to a maximum of 4 free counseling sessions.
Our psychologists:
- Dr. Enrico Reatini, a member of the Lazio Order of Psychologists (No. 27476).
- Dr. Germana Carone, a member of the Lazio Order of Psychologists (No. 24537). An expert in psychological support for individuals, she uses her integrated approach to offer useful tools for resolving personal difficulties.
